CLASS STYLES
Welcome Very Wendy Yoga Shop Your home for soulful movement at the sea.
Every private session can be customized for your group. Below are some movement styles you can choose from for your beach or in-home session.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow
A dynamic, all levels yoga class designed to energize your body and calm your mind. Move through a series of flowing poses while breathing in the fresh ocean air. You will connect with your body and mind in a way that will leave you feeling calm, centered and rejeuvenated.

Mat Pilates & Power Pilates
Strengthen your core and improve balance with a focused Pilates workout by the sea. This class targets the abs, glutes, and posture muscles through controlled movements designed to build strength and stability. For groups looking for more intensity, a Power Pilates option adds a faster pace and stronger full body workout. To learn more about the benefits of Pilates, read my blog post.

Gentle, Beginner Yoga
Begin with simple breathwork to connect with your body and quiet the mind. This slow, supportive class focuses on gentle stretching, balance and relaxation-perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calm, restorative beach yoga experience.

Yin Yoga & Meditaiton
Slow down and unwind with a calming yin yoga practice by the sea. All poses are done on the ground and held for several minutes to gently stretch deeper layers of the body. The session also includes guided breathwork and mediation to help quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your true essence. Golden Hour Sunset Yoga

Experience the magic of Cape Cod at golden hour with a private beach yoga session timed for the soft evening light and sunset over the bay. These slower, grounding sessions are perfect for unwinding at the end of the day and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of the ocean.
Beach preference: Crow’s Pasture is a beautiful option for sunset yoga, as well as many of the bayside beaches across Dennis and surrounding towns where the sun sets over the water.
