beginner yoga

Breathe, stretch & meditate. In this class we cultivate a communion with ourselves and our daily intentions through breath work, gentle stretch and meditation. Suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga & meditation

This class is designed to get you connected to your inner world and mindfully move through postures to enliven the body, spirit and mind.  Great for people recovering from injuries or beginners who want to learn the foundations of yoga practice.

beach yoga flow

This is a traditional yoga flow class that includes a mix of asanas and Sun Salutations.  We begin with an intention setting and theme.  Our focus is on integrating breath with our movements and staying present to what is happening in the now.  Through this focus and connection, we come to  a deeper understand and appreciation for ourselves and others.  We end our flow a blissful Savasana to integrate our practice into our body mind consciousness.

YOGA FOR PICKLEBALL

If you are looking to improve your Pickleball game, then this class is for you. We will stretch the whole body, improve joint mobility and strengthen the core. Bring your paddle!

 Mat Pilates

This is a mat based Pilates class that will strengthen your core and tone your body.  Keeping our spine supple and flexible is imperative for great health!
